  Joe has helped us buy a home in the past, but this was the first time that he helped us sell a home as well, and considering the way that the market turned over the past couple months, he did a great job at helping us throughout the entire process.

He kept us calm when our house didn't sell within the first week of being listed and reassured us that if just waited firmly at what we collectively thought our house was worth, that an offer would eventually come in and we would sell. Sure enough, Joe was right and we managed to sell our home a couple weeks later, allowing us to finance our new home that we had bought before we listed.

All in all, Joe was a great help in these uncertain times and we are very grateful to have had him as our realtor (and also for the artwork that Joe removed from his own home to help us stage ours).
